Luke R. Marchand

Luke Marchand is a member of TA Realty’s portfolio management team and is primarily responsible for managing the disposition of assets across each of the firm’s strategies including underwriting, hold/sell analysis, and management of third-party relationships.   Luke has almost 10 years of industry experience and joined TA Realty in 2013.
