John Lashar is Head of Industrial and a member of TA Realty’s Asset Management Team and is responsible for enhancing relationships with our existing tenant base and developing relationships with new tenants to drive performance through higher retention rates and reduced downtime for vacant spaces across our industrial portfolio. John has 32 years of industry experience and has been with TA Realty since 2025.
