Brooks D. Wales

Brooks Wales is TA Realty’s Head of Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s asset management team including the implementation of business plans developed at acquisition, management, marketing, repositioning, development and/or leasing of assets across all Firm strategies.  Brooks has over 20 years of industry experience and has been with TA Realty since 1999.
