The majority of our acquisitions come from our knowledge of other owners in the marketplace or from our network of real estate and service professionals described above.  These sourcing networks enable us to understand market movements, competitively identify investment opportunities and acquire assets at discounts that result in enhanced returns to investors.   In addition, TA Realty’s reputation as deal closers who can act quickly has translated into significant off-market deal flow and allows the Firm to close on transactions that never hit the market.
